Life would be so simple if we get everything

is an individual who is not involved emotionally
in you, like your friend or relative. He can
maintain his objectivity and view your situation
with more clarity.
Counselor
is aware of the functioning of the mind and
can tell you how your mind can sometimes make
you see things in a distorted manner and you
are tricked to believe something entirely different
than what reality is.
Stress
affects us in more ways than we realize. Stress
distorts our perception of reality, it affects
our decision making, it affects our health and
behavior which in turn can cause lot of damage
in our lives.

Even today we think that going to a counselor,

for you, he guides as to how to make a decision
in a difficult situation, he helps you deal
with the conflicts you have. He makes you see

to deal and he will increase your awareness
about how your internal mental processes are
affecting your thinking and decision making.
When
we avoid to face certain emotions or conflicts,
because we find them difficult to deal with,
it takes lot of our energy to keep them away
from our day to day life. Such constant drain
on our energy can finally cause a disease at
physical level.
But
if you are in touch with your internal realities,
it enhances health and harmony in your system
creating a sense of well being.
You
can realize that it is extremely essential to
have good psychological health to enjoy good
